TurksAndCaicosRealty.Com is owned and maintained by Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. ("TCP" which has a separate Turks and Caicos real estate website) which is a licensed real estate agency in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The site is used for displaying real estate listings in the Turks & Caicos in digital video form, as a service to our listing clients and prospective purchasers.
TCP was founded in August 2000 by its principals and agents Bernadette Hunt and Barry Dempsey. The company is a member of the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association ("TCREA").
TCP has its main office in Suite 103 on the first floor of the Ocean Club West Plaza Building (the building on the corner as you turn off Grace Bay Road to get to the Grace Bay Club).
